LANCE HOIST UNITS FOR TOP OR DEEP INJECTION
STEIN has developed various lance hoist units to inject bulk materials into the melt bath in a targeted and efficient manner, thus completing the process chain.
By controlling the injection process from a safe distance, the safety of the employees is improved and at the same time a higher process reliability is achieved.
The lance hoist unit and the related injection system can be used autonomously or integrated into an existing (furnace) control system via a communication interface. The lance hoist unit can thus be operated either via an installed touch panel or via the customer's HMI system.
Each lance hoist unit is designed and manufactured by STEIN according to the customer's requirements and the foreseen injection process.
