By replacing the existing systems with new STEIN systems, the customer is now able to inject a regulated amount from 20 - 50 kg/min per lance, even during injection.

As a result of the high kinetic energy, created by the STEIN Pneumatic Injection Systems and the SIT-Power Stream Injection Lances (SIT-PSIL), a powerful highly bundled dense injection stream is created, resulting in an immediate intensive reaction inside the furnace.

System characteristics:

• During the injection phase, the quantity can be regulated individually
• Bundled dense injection stream created by the SIT-Power Stream Injection Lances
• All STEIN Injection Systems are tested prior to delivery, which ensures easy and quick installation and start-up
• “Stand-alone unit” with independent PLC control
